What are the Payment methods?

For India Customers, We accept payments through Cash On Delivery, Credit / Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and NEFT bank transfers. For international buyers shipping only to India address, direct bank transfer payments method is available.

Don’t have a credit card/debit card/netbanking. What can I do?

You can also choose to pay “Cash on Delivery”. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on ibuyfromindia.

What is Cash on Delivery?

With “Cash on Delivery” or COD, you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, Courier partner charges additional service charges (Rs.100) for this on top of your total cost during order.

Cash on Delivery available to all Products ? 

No, It depends on Manufacturer’s preference, so for products from certain vendors “Cash on Delivery” may not be available. The checkout page will show the COD availability status for your product. 

Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?

The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 2,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

Are there any charges when I make a payment on ibuyfromindia?

We are using secure payment gateway of Instamojo which charges 2% + Rs3 + GST for Each transaction of UPI, NET banking and Credit/Debit Card Transations. Bank NEFT Transaction is free from instamojo. However Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India.

How do I make a purchase on iBuyfromindia?

You can make purchases using the following:

What is a 3D Secure password?

3D Secure is also known as “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard securecode”. It is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password.

How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card?

You can register for the 3D Secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank’s website.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on checkout page. Here is an explanation of delivery estimates:

For Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Calcultta), the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.

For Towns areas serviced, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.

For Villages / Private Courier Inaccessible Areas, orders will be sent by Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.

Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.

Do you Deliver internationally?

iBuyfromindia deliver items internationally. Our shipping countries and prices are listed in shipping page. However Upon Request/ Enquiry we can make arrangements to ship to other countries.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

For certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service).

How will my items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All ibuyfromindia items are delivered through reputed courier partners – who will provide you with an Order Number for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it was shipped from Vendor Warehouse. You can do so by calling us at +917708789520 with the order number or email us at contact@ibuyfromindia.com.

My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?

At the point of delivery, if the package seems to have been tampered with ie ibuyfromindia tape is broken / missing, please do not accept the order.

I want to cancel an order (I have not yet received it).

You can cancel an order in one of two ways

If you cancel an order by calling us , before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:

– If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

– If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package)

– If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (ie return the product), then courier it back to us. We can only process the credit once We have received the product – and it meets the Return Policy.

What can I Return?

• Damaged upon receipt. 
• Wrong item(s) sent.

In above cases, you may return any item that is unused, in new condition with price tag. Ibuyfromindia will reimburse the complete shipping costs for dispatch and return.

 What I cannot return?

Customized styles, make to Order products and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.Item purchased through coupon code are not returnable.

Who Pay for Shipping and Transaction charges for order cancellation or returns?

When the Items returned due to change of mind of customers or sizing wrongly requested by customer, then you have to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us.

Is there a difference between what I see and what I buy?

With iBuyfromindia, what you see is what you get. There might be higher brightness on the photographic images taken due to lighting effects, so we can expect a slight contrast darkness in actual colour of product in real world than the photo image. Our team try our best by adding additional real life pictures with minimal lighting effects also to give best depiction of the product. Colour chart is provided near the product picture region for customer to get feel on colours mentioned in the product specification. Apart from that an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item is given. If despite this you don’t fall in love and felt colour is totally different, please whatsapp the image and return us within 7 days.
